Steven Wayne Kerry pleaded guilty to being in possession of an ICBC insurance validation sticker while knowing it to be illegally obtained in connection with a June 30, 1989 incident. He pleaded guilty to an additional charge of escaping from custody in connection with 2 June 28, 1989 incident. Appearing before Judge R.D. Grandison, Kerry was also placed on probation for 65 days. The charges were laid against Michael Harold Davis in connec- tion with incidents alleged to have occurred Sept. 24, 1989 in North Vancouver.
