Aquatic Centre hosted the
B.C. Senior Provincial
swimming championships
July 6 and 7.

Athletes from all over
B.C. competed for final
team standings and positions
on the B.C, Canada Games
team.

Chena Swim Club placed

32 finalists at the meet and
brought two silver and four
bronze medals back to the
North Shore.

Steve Ingo, Lisa Woods and Suzy
Stanton, Chena’s were named to the
standing. Canada Games team Chena

vo .|. third and eighth in the 600 Cafe; Darryl Cornwell, second in the 750 production; and

Ken Stabbart, fourth in the Super Bike. Miles Baldwin broke a record in the Formula II
‘ set in 1976. The new time is 1:09:05.
