Deveau was required to
perform 50 hours of commu-
nity work.

He received a nine month

on Feb. 9:

Jessie Manychief, 24,
address unknown, was jailed

pleaded guilty to possessing a

Before Judge Reginald
Grandison on Feb. 7:

David Charles Greenway,
23, of West Vancouver,
received a nine month condi-
tional sentence and 12
months’ probation after he
was found guilty of assault
causing bodily harm of a male
on Nov. 4, 1998 in West
Vancouver.

Greenway was required to
pay $2,611 restitution to the
Criminal Injuries
Compensation Branch.

Christopher Myles
George, 31, of North
Vancouver, was jailed 30 days
after he pleaded guilty to
causing a disturbance in pub-
lic by yelling and screaming
on. Dec. 17, 1999 at 4th
Street and Mahon Avenue in
North Vancouver City.

Briglio, 43, of North
Vancouver, received nine
months’ probation after he

dog called Wolfgang from

He was also fined $40 for
the same offence involving a
black Chow called Barbie.

Jason MacDonald, 19, of
North Van, was fined $200
after he pleaded guilty to:

statement to a fisheries officer
by stating “his licence was in
his wallet 2t home and that he
had obtained it about three
weeks earlier at 555 West
Hastings.”

_The charges were laid
under the Federal Fisheries
Act.

Diebolt on Oct. 29, 1999:

Susan Denise Sagiorgis,
36, of North Vancouver, was
fined $500 after she pleaded

but instead pleaded guilty to
the lesser or included offence
of driving without due care
and attention.
