Quay almost since the market first opened. She shares a stall with Heide Otto,
who hand-paints slik scarves and canvas bags. VYealkner sews her hats from
scraps of fabrics and upholstery remnants, 80 soverul are one-of-a-kind. Most
range in price from $25 tc $50 and many are sewn right on the spot.
