“Pappy” Fortin, a popular West Van-
couver Blue Bus driver for 19 years.
Passed away on January 2, 1992. He is
sadly missed by his four daughters:
Ethel Abrams, Joan Alexander and
Marlene Bell of North Vancouver, and
Jachie Rasmussen of Ferndale, Wasi-
ington; eight grandchildren; nine great-
grandchildren; his sister Margery Fortin
of Kelowna; and his many friends. Me-
moriat Service te be held on Saturday,
January 11 at 2 p.m. in the Boal Chapel
of First Memorial Funeral Services, 1505
Lillooet Road, North Vancouver.

denly in hospital-Januasy 5, 1992. Born
in Bowmanvilie, Ontario, October 31,
1906. Survived by soa Lloyd (Buc) (wife
Barbara} Feti, Victoria, B.C.; grandchit-
dren, Cynthia (Graham) Figg. Barbara
(Chris) Godwin; great-grandchildren,
Cameron, Oeanna and Allison Fligg, and
Sean and Nicole Godwin, all of Port
