Combine with remaining ingredients and form inta one-inch balls. Freeze. To serve: I teaspoon butter 2 tablespoons flour 1 cup hot walter ¥V cup cream (10 per cent) Brown the balls gently in butter. Pour off most of the fat. Sprinkle with flour, shaking the pan to coat the balls. Add water, cover and simmer % hour. Stir in cream and heat gently.
