Family court committee now

in session — after delay.

TWO YEARS after North
Vancouver City approved
the formation of a Family
Court Committee, council
has decided to seek out
people to serve as the City’s
representatives.

Council was told Monday
that the committee is a
statutory requirement under
the Provincial Court Act and
should be filled as quickly as
possible, despite the two
year delay.

Both the City and District
must provide people with
experience in education,
