trouble with this one because
it is considering a bylaw to
prohibit discos in West
Vancouver. However, a defi-
nition of a “‘disco”’ has not
been decided yet.

If council gives the green
light, the committee will
undertake a major publicity
program aimed at getting
parents in West Van to pay
more attention to their
children. Experts in advertis-
ing and public relations have
