Realtors live, work and vote in this community. It is our role, as members of the real estate profes- sion, to hold 4 watching brief over the issues of home ownership, tax- ation and zoning, We are vigilant for any infringement of property rights, which we perceive proposed ‘sin- gle-family housing bylaws 6644 and 6645 in, their present form to be. . We see that these bylaw changes are draconian in their application to the existing housing stock and inconsistent in their Canada’s most attractive communi: ties, and take strong exception to one district councillors references to our profession.
