Capers has undergone a number
of changes in its kitchen since its
restaurant first opened in 1986,
but the character of its food retains
a vital harvest brilliance that
makes the diner feel at once

and amiable owner Michel Segur
and its attentive and unflappable
head waiter Christian Denaire.
