THREE CHOIRS join
forces in an evening of
festive songs at a youth
Christmas Gala _ concert
hosted by the B.C. Boy’s
Choir at the Orpheum
Theatre tonight, Dec. 11.

Included in the performance are
the B.C. Boy’s Choir, the Van-
couver Children’s Choir, the
Pacific Mennonite Children’s
Choir and the Vancouver Youth
Symphony Orchestra.

The program includes works of
Robert Russell Bennett and Leroy
Anderson.

The audience is invited to join in
and sing Christmas carols, which
will be accompanied by a full
symphory orchestra and the Or-
pheum’s Wurlitzer organ.

Artistic director is Gene
Ramsbottom of Ramcoff Concert

wandering minstrels will join the
fun when Presentation House
throws its Christmas party on Dec.
17.
Joining the community party
will be wandering actors, Tallulah
Zambone — the Queen of Camp,
the acclaimed Yule Quartet, the
Four Calling Birds and a visit from
the venerable Christmas couple —
Mr. and Mrs. Claus.

Along with live theatrical and
music events a coloring contest for
children is planned. Bring the kids
down and receive a free present
and candy cane.
