Drain the clam liquid fram the clams, reserving clams. Add the fiquid to the pan together with the wine. Boil for 1 minute. Stir in the tomatoes, parsley, basil, oregano, sugar, salt, and pepper flakes. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Add clams and heat through. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until tender but firm. Drain and transfer to a serving bowi. Pour the clam sauce over the spaghetti and toss tocoat. Serve immediately.
