WV school celebrates anniversary THE MONTESSORI Sckool of West Vancouver is celebrating its 25th anniversary this month and needs the help of all graduates, former teachers and parents. Photographs, mementos, names or enrolment lists, verbal anec- dotes, or any other historical in- formation are needed to put together a commemorative book in time for the birthday celebration planned for Jan. 20. Kate Webster, media coar- dinator for the anniversary, says that information on the early loca- tions of the school would be especially useful. Contributions can be brought to the school at 760 Westcot Road in West Vancouver or received at 922-7454 or 926-4067. The West Vancouver Montessori School educates 60 pre-schoolers aged three to five. The school is a non-profit society managed entire- ly by the parents. It acts as a feed- er school for the Grade | program at the Montessori school at Gran- ville and 62nd in Vancouver. Webster says that many gradu- ates of the West Vancouver school go on to such private schools as West Vancouver's Collingwood.
