Stephen Andrew Mills was charged with dangerous operation of
a vehicle causing bodily harm, impaired driving, driving with a
blood alcohol rate of over .08 mg in the blood, and failing to stop
at the scene of an accident in connection with a July 26 incident in
which another male suffered whiplash and contusions when his van
- was hit by another vehicle.
’ Appearing before North Vancouver provincial court Judge J.K.
Shaw, Mills’ case was adjourned to Feb. 13.
