Now, the discount can be applied without the waiting penod and itis based on the owner's previous claim record. A one-year claim- free record earms a 15% discount; two years earns 25%; three qualifies tor 324%. This change pnncipally benefits people buy- ing an additional vehicle and new residents to the province.
