Morissette, Harvey dates announced

firmed that Alanis
Morissette will perform live
in their Toronto studios on
Sunday, Nov. 1 at 8 p.m. to
kick off the network's 1998-
99 Intimate and Interactive
Concert series.

The Canadian superstar
and her band will perform a
one and a half-hour set includ-
ing songs from the new CD
Supposed Former Infatuation
Junkie which will be in the
stores on Tuesday, Nov. 3.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR
LEGAL SERVICES

ICBC wishes to enter into longer-term strategic alliances with law
firms providing claims-related legal services in B.C., heginning in 1999.

To achieve this goal, ICBC is employing a two-step process. This
Notice initiates the first step, a preliminary survey of the legal
community, to describe !CBC’s key qualification criteria and to
gauge the interest of law firms. The second step will be the
issuance of a more detailed Request for Proposa! (RFP) document
to firms which qualify for consideration. Based on the current
schedule, the RFP document will be published, at the earliest, in
mid-November. !CBC will then establish comprehensive three-year
agreements with those law firms selected via the RFP process.
This process will enable ICBC to:

e secure the services of B.C’s best firms and counse! on a

regional basis:

@ ensure the best match of file and legal counsel; and

e use cost-effective firms that can be innovative with ICBC’s
alternative pricing strategies.

Those firms wishing to participate must complete and deliver to ICBC
a questionnaire no fater than October 20th. To obtain a
