¥% ¢. (125 mL) red onion, diced

4 ¢. (60 mL) cilantro, ‘chopped .

3 Tbsp (45 mL) lime juice

“1 Tbsp (15 mL) peanut oil

: 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
Coarse salt to taste .

Combine ingredients except salt.
Season with salt. Let stand one hour
