Two North Shore MLAs named to join NAFTA group TWO NORTH Shore MLAs will join a group of B.C. legislators who will hear from British Col- umbians on the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) between Canada, the United States and Mexico. The B.C. legislature select standing committee on economic development, science, tabor, train- ing and technology includes West Vancouver-Capilano Liberal MLA Jeremy Dalton and West Van- couver-Garibaldi independent MLA David Mitchell.
