Roger Bloiso Harrison received a one-year conditional discharge after the 20-year-old North Van- couver man pleaded guilty to stealing a bicycle on April 20, 1988. Harrison was aiso put on pro- bation for one year and ordered to complete 100 hours of com- munity work service. Peter Reed served one day in the North Vancouver sheriff cells after the 42-year-old North Van- couver man pleaded guilty to stealing merchandise from the Lynn Valley Shoppers Drug Mart _ on June 13. Reed was also put on probation for nine months and ordered to complete 100 hours of community work service. Before Judge J.L. McCarthy in North Vancouver provincial court on July 31: Ronald Jansen was fined $100 and put on probation for one year after the 29-year-old North Van- couver man pleaded guilty to mischief under $1,000 in connec- tion with a Dec. 30, 1989 incident where Jansen smashed the window of a car owned by the Canadian government. Jansen was also ordered to pay $115.33 in restitution to the fed- eral government. Before Judge R.D.
