North Vancouver RCMP said Thomas Kenneth Price entered the residence at approximately 9:30 p.m. He is alleged to have com- mitted three assaults during a fight. Shortly before police arrived, Price punched a window, badly lacerating his arm. When he was taken to Lions Gate Hospital for medical treat- ment, he assaulted the police officer accompanying him, Motorcyclist dead im RCMP collision A MOTORCYCLIST is dead after running into a marked North Vancouver RCMP car Wednesday morning at the intersection of Fell Avenue and Marine Drive. The 26-year-old Vancouver man was pronounced dead shortly after arrival at Lions Gate Hospital. The accident occurred at approximately 2:18 p.m. The motorcyclist was travelling eastbound on Marine Drive and hit the car at the intersection. The motorcyclist was trapped under the police cruiser, Fhe incident is under coroner investigation. The motorcyclist’s name is being withheld subject io notification of next of kin. Man pleads guilty to theft charges A 30-YEAR-OLD North Vancouver man pleaded guilty Wednes- day in North Vancouver provincial court to two theft charges, Cartos Chul Ung Kwon was originally charged with break, enter and theft over $1,000 in connection with an incident that occurred between July 7 and 10 in which the Mac's Convenience Store at 4710 Capilano Rd. was burglarized and a supply of cigarettes and candy stolen. Kwon was also charged with theft over $1,000 in connection with a July 19 incident in West Vancouver in which a woman's purse was stolen, : Appearing before Judge W.J. Bruce William Bryson was originally charged with four counts of Lreak and enter following incidents May 31 in which suites in a Tempe Crescent apartment were alleged to have been burglarized. Bryson was further charged with theft over $1,000 and posses- sion of stolen property following police seizure of a silver Honda Civic.
