question of when the new bus
concourse underneath the
ICBC building will be ready.

Al. Ralph Hall asked the
mayor if he could find out
when the concourse will
open. lt is scheduled to
replace the existing bus con-
course at the north SeaBus
terminal. The present con-
course is on land that will be

developed as part of the
Lonsdale Quay project.

The new concourse will be
underneath the ICBC
building, and SeaBus patrons
will be able to walk between
bus and SeaBus without hav-
ing to face the elements.

Ald. Gary Payne said
Negotiations are just con-
cluding between ICBC, BC
Transit and Lonsdale Quay
on the design for the con.
course, which has been par-
ually finished
