corporate employees as well
as professional career plan-
ners.

“If you ask people who
have gone into business for
themselves what the great-
est challenge was, many will
tell you it’s being able to
make the transition
smoothly, both from a skills
standpoint, but more
importantly from a person-
al focus,” said Densmore,

“Once you are through
the process, you realize the
changes you needed to
make were totally different
from the ones you had orig-
inally thought,” she said.

The Option workshop
will be held on Nov. 16 and
the Leap Safely workshop
Nov. 23. All $45 workshops
in the Shoestring, Business
Series are held at ICBC at
151 Wesr Esplanade. Call
