Purse pursued AN 18-YEAR-OLD West Vancouver man was chased by nightclub patrons at Dewey Pardie and Howe on Nov. Sand held for police in connection with a suspected purse theft. West Vancouver Police said a 20-year-old Maple Ridye woman discovered her purse was missing when she returned from the dance floor at 11:36 p.m. Police say the woman's friend fond a suspect with the stolen purse in the club's washroom, The suspect ran from the club at 1552 Marine Dr. according to police. Trevor Robert Griffin was charged with theft and possessing stolen property under $5,000, Griffin was also charged with being a minor in a licensed establishment.
