Nov. 21 to 25, making stops in Richmond. Sidney and Campbell River. Meanwhile, the Canadian Coast Guard has announced that it will begin public consultations on its proposed de-staffing of light- stations on the cast and west coasts Nov. 28. The coast guard expects to hold 60 public sessions in its final phase of consultations on de- staffing Canada's remaining staffed lightstations. There are 264 lightstations in Canada, 194 of which are de-staffed and instead employ automatic aids to navigation equipment.
