Before Judge E.J. Cronin in West Vancouver provincial court on Jan. 30: Maria Stella Conesa received a suspended sentence and was put on probation for one year after the 23-year-old North Vancouver woman pleaded guilty to defrauding the Hudson's Bay Co. of money under $1,000 between June 29 and July 13, 1990. Before Judge R.D. Grandison in West Vancouver provincial court on Jan. 29: Kevin Drew Laycock was fined $350 after the 20-year-old Gibsons man was found guilty of driving without due care and attention May 9, 1990 on Capilano Road. eee Georg Edmond Shaw received a conditional discharge and was put on probation for one year after the 43-year-old West Vancouver man pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman on Feb. 24, 1990. Grandison in West Vancouver provincial court on Jan. 28: Karen Ann Beyers received z suspended sentence and was put on probation for one year after the 29-year-old North Vancouver woman pleaded guilty to theft under $1,000 on Nov. 9, 1990 from British Pacific Rim Super- markets. ees fan David Skrabek was fined $500 after the 24-year-old Bur- naky man pleaded guilty to theft over $1,000 in connection with an auto theft occurring between Oct 22 and Oct. 25, 1990 in Burnaby.
