IN THE LANE EAST OF MOUNTAIN HIGHWAY
BETWEEN OXFORD AND MAIN STREET

The Council for The Corporation of the District of
North Vancouver intends to undertake the work set
forth below as local improvement and to specially
charge the owners’ portion of the costs against the
parcels benefiting from the work and ihe project has
been divided into two sections.

Unless within one month after publication of this
notice a majority of the owners, representing at least
one-half of the value of the parcels which are liable
to be specially charged, petition the Council not to
proceed with it, the work may be undertaken as a
local improvement. Note: in order for the project to
proceed, BOTH Section A and Section B must be

validated.

The work is asphaltic paving of the lane.
