that a full-time dispatcher
was employed to work with a
grand total of {4 trucks and
vans.

Heinrich had to do what he
did. One thing that is not
understood, for instance, is
that if a school district
doesn’t pass a tax-rate by-
law, which was what Weins-
tein and the other comrades
were refusing to do, a
municipality cannot collect
the taxes. No taxes, no
schools, And these people say
they favor education.

I say good riddance to the
bolshies, and hello to Al
Stables, the former Delbrook
man.
