The recipe card, passed ‘down through the generations now to me, is covered in unidentified blotches and stains, and is grainy with spilled flour or baking pow- er. 1c. flour 1c. coconut 1 c, brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. baking powder 4 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1c. oatmeal 4c, butter pinch salt Thoroughly mix dry ingre- dients except oatmeal.
