Before Judge William Rodgers in North Vancouver provincial court on Oct. 28: Della Marie Doyan, 60, of West Vancouver, received a conditional discharge and was placed on pro- bation for six months after she was found guilty of theft under $1,900 from Save-On-Foods in connection with a Jan. 28 inci- dent. Before Judge Doug Moss in North Vancouver provincial court on Oct. 25: John Lee Black, 25, of West Vancouver, received a conditional discharge and was placed on pro- bation for two years after he was found guilty of assaulting a man on April 20, 1990. As a condition of his probation, Black was also ordered to com- plete 100 hours of community service. eee 1300 W with Power-Mate® powerhead Shane Bunting, 20, of North Vancouver, received a suspended sentence and was put on proba- tion for one year after he was found guilty of mischief under $1,000 by causing damage to car windows on Oct. 20, 1990. Bunting was also ordered to pay $410.70 in restitution. eee Cameron Dean Letrud, 34, of North Vancouver, received a suspended sentence and was plac- ed on probation for 18 moaths after he pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman on Oct. 11. Before Judge T.D. McGee in West Vancouver provincial court on Oct. 23: Dwaine Eugene Willerton, 30, of Vancouver, was fined $135 after he pleaded guilty to driving without a driver’s licence and driving without wearing a seatbelt on Sept. 30. McGee in West Vancouver provincial court on Oct. 22: Valery Tania Johnston, 42, of West Vancouver, received a Covered 4-pc. too! storage suspended sentence and was plac- ed on probation for two years after she pleaded guilty to a Dec. 22, 1990 theft of a ski jacket and TV converter. Goulet in West Vancouver provincial coart on Oct. 21: Daniel Jason Graham, 21, of no fixed address, received a condi- tional discharge and was placed on probation for six months after he was found guilty of assaulting aman on July 5, 1990.
