BYLAW NO. 6132

To amend the text of the Zoning Bylaw to support
child care facilities in the City generally. This bylaw
will permit child care as an accessory and/or prin-
cipal use in any zone subject to provincial health and
licensing regulations, and subject to the regulations
of the zone in which the chitd care facility is located.
It also regulates maximum number of children in
care, outdoor play areas and parking.

lot with hypothetical lines and where no building

shall be determined by geodetic survey, and
measurement of gross residential floor area shall in-
clude all portions of floor area used for parking and
accessory buildings.
