Chocolate Mousse Pie ft envelope unflavored gelatin Y% cup water 2 squares unsweetened chocolate Ya cup water 3 eggs, separated Y% teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla Va cup sugar 1 small carton whipping cream, whipped and sweetened Dissolve gelatin in “4 cup water and set aside. In top of double boiler, over simmering water, melt chocolate with “% cup. water. Remove from heat and_ cool slightly. Beat in three egg yolks. Return to double boiler and stir unsi! thickened. Add gelatin mix- ture and stir until dissolved. Cool. Add salt and vanilla. Whip egg whites with sugar until stiff. Fold in chocolate mixture and spoon into crumb crust. Chill.
