Hosted by BSramalea Limited, the victory enabled Canada to win the best-of-five American Zone Davis Cup tennis quarterfinal in three straight matches. Canada advances to the zone semi-final against Argestiza, April 7-9 in Buenos Aires. Canada’s path to eliminating Uruguay began with a five set heart-stopping win by Oakville’s Chris Dov-3 1wo sets to none, Pridham rediscovered his first serve power and went after Uruguay’s Marcello Filvoivs with renewed tenacity. ““F stole the match from him," said Pridham. Doiphin swim meet set THE 26TH Annual Dolphin in- ternational Swim Meet will be held May 26, 27, 28 at the Vancouver Aquatic Centre. This competition is officially part of Swimming Canada’s Canada Cup Series, leading to the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, and the 1994 Commonwealth Games in Victoria B.C. The meet has attracted many of the world’s best swimmers and teams. National teams from Australia, the U.S., China, Italy and Scotland have attended the meet in recent years. The Dolphin International also serves as a training ground for B.C. swimmers. Additional meet and participant information will be available closer to the meet date.
