By MAUREEN CURTIS Society Director and former alderman Bill Sorensen made the presentation to council, asking that the City and District of North Vancouver together contribute $80,000 towards a ‘‘no-frills’’ budget of about $200,000 for 1984. The remaining $120,000 would be raised by the mem- bership.
