CHEERS restaurant was the venue for this year's Capilano
College sports awards last Wednesday evening, March 29.
Athletic award recipients included categories in badminton,
men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s soccer and
women’s volleyball. Students and faculty attended along with
major sponsors Coca-Cola and Rucanoz. Cara Valli took Female
Athlete of the Year along with Jeff Yoon for Male Athlete of the
Year, vet everyone was a winner on this special night.
