The applicant proposes to redevelop the Avalon Hotel property at 1025

Marine Drive. Four components to the development are proposca: a

220-seat restaurant, a !20-seat brew pub, a beer and wine store and a

Chapters bookstore. The preposed two-storey building consists of

approximately 22,300 sq.ft. at street level and about 21.600 sqft. on the

second storey. The restaurant has an outdoor patio area at the rear of the
" property connected to Marine Drive by a covered pedestrian walkway.

This mecting is being held by the applicant in compliance with the

Information packages are being distributed to residents within 350
