Sel THE Under-17 North Shore Select soccer team captured the Snickers Cup National Championships over the Thanksgiving weekend in Toronto. The boys’ team, coached by Sam Gilmore, Gerry Macey and Jeff’ Slark, won the national title in thrilling fashion as they edged the Ontario representative Gridiron action heats up 2-1 in overtime. En route to the final game, the North Shore squad went undeteated in round robin play.
