NV man jailed

A 20-YEAR-OLD North Van-
couver man was sentenced May 9
to seven days in jail for a driving
offence that occurred in the
Okanagan last summer.

Hyuk Kyun Park pleaded guilty
to driving in the Penticton area on
Aug. 5, 1989 while he was pro-
hibited from driving by an earlier
court order.

Appearing before Judge R.D.
Grandison in North Vancouver
provincial court, Park was also
fined $300.
