On the last day of the festival,
June 24, well-known Canadian
felksinger fan Johnstone will be
singing songs from all over the
world. To be eligible for the
folksinging, kids must be in
les 1-7 and: must be pre-
registered in Time Travellers, the
summer reading club at North
Vancouver City Library.
Up to 35 stalls will be at the fair
from 10 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. daily,
excluding Sunday, June 18.

NORTH VANCOUVER’S joanna
G’Froerer was awarded the Royal
_ Canadian Legion Challenge trophy
after receiving top marks in the
open flute and concerto classes at
the Coquitlam Music Festival.
G’Froerer scored 96 and 97, the
highest marks among all in-
strumental and vocal classes in the
