THE FOLLOWING people ap-
peared in North and West Van-
couver provincial courthouses over
the past week to face various crim-
inal charges laid against them.

Before Judge J.B. Paradis in
North Vancouver provincial court
November 7:

Bradley Mulholland was fined
$50 after the 20-year-old Mission
man pleaded guilty to a charge of
failing to appear for a scheduled
court date.

Thomas Andrews Royle was
given a suspended sentence and
placed on probation for nine mon-
ths after the 33-year-old man of no
fixed address pleaded guilty to
breaching the terms of an agree-
ment made before a judge.

Before Judge J.D. Layton in
North Vancouver provincial court
November 5:

Bench warrants were issued for
Mehrdad Amel-Valizadch, 33, and
Wendy Lynn Eistetter, 20, after
the two failed to appear on sepa-
rate charges of theft under $1,000.
The charges were laid following
the alleged theft of cigarettes froin
Save-On-Foods.

November 4:

A bench warrant was issued for
Nirmal Singh Siddoo after he fail-
ed to appear on a charge of driving
while prohibited.

Joanne Teresa Taylor was fined
$500 after the 29-year-old North
Vancouver woman pleaded guilty
to a charge of theft under $1,000
in connection with a July If inci-
dent in which she took a television
converter from Sears.
