The roles of premier, deputy premier, leader of the opposition and the cabinet members were be- ing taken by students returning to the parliament. They can attend until they are 21 years old. Some of the legislation that was debated dealt with Youth Parlia- ment programs, including the ad- ministration of regional. youth parliaments around B.C., in- volvement in the one-week summer camp for underprivileged children, education workshops and the par- ticipation of the members in the National Youth Parliament and Western Canada Youth Parlia- ment.
