ernment’s excuse for a com-
munications minister. Fox
won’t come out to B.C. by
the way. He’s afraid to.

In essence Ottawa has been
trying to maintain control
over the electromagnetic
spectrum. B.C.’s electronics
industry, aided by McGeer,
has been trying to open it up.

Every time the feds try to

tions technology from being
used they run up against

hash of them controls.
