Although Mr. Nielsen described the settlement as fair and -reasonable, he pointed out that any persons who feel it does not cover their situation can pursue the matter directly with General Motors. General Motors. will contact owners by mailing forms to every person listed on their records as an eligible owner. Those owners will receive the $200 after signing a _ release against further claims.
