are not qualifiedthis . ar-
chaic thinking infuriates me.
When _ the- government

_ decided to assist. private
schools one of the  man-
datory requirements were

that all teachers be qualified;:.,.

and as all the independent
-schools have qualified for
‘these grants I can only
-assume the school trustee
does not do his homework.
