Laplante’s resume includes
stint in Uforia, the William
Tell and, ost recently,
Mescalero’s. The 28-year-old
alo worked in Los Angeles
with a haute cuisine catering
company that counted among
its clentele Fox Studios and
Steven Spielberg's
DreamWorks.

Expect aspects of Meviean,
Morocean, French, Spanish
and Hualian cuisine in her work.

Laplante was raised on an
organic farm on Saltspring, so
fresh and wholesome are abso
key factors in: Laplante’s cook-
ing philosophy.
