Strangers accost
school students

TWO children in separate
incidents were approached by
strangers in cars on Oct. 2
near North Vancouver
schools.

According to the North Vancouver
RCMP, both incidents occurred around 3
and involved a man and woman in a

“These two instances are possibly related,”
said Const. Tom Seaman.
In one incident, the man in the truck

school, Norgate elementary. The other inci:
dent occurred near Hoskins and Dempsey
near Upper Lynn elementary in Lynn Valley.
The man in the vehicle reportedly shouted to
