He says Black Tusk is, not
surprisingly, named after the
mountain and its decor
reflects that.

“It was supposed to be like
a mountain lodge,” he said.

As for Jake &Elwoods,
D’Souza mentions the Blues
Brothers adding he’s a big fan.

“Tr’s just something that’s
catchy,” he said.

Milestone’s, owned by the
