Lim will be attempting to de-
fend his title as B.C.’s best high
school wrestler in the 51-kg class,

While attending Balmoral four
years ago, Lim started wrestling at
the prompting of coach fan
McDonald and friends.

He maintains, however, that he
was already wrestling at home
with his younger brother.

He wrestled for two years with
Balmoral before moving to Car-
son Graham for Grades It and
12,

Lim welcomes the challenge of
trying to retain his title. He anti-
cipates having to win five matches
in the provincial tournament this
weekend at Simon Fraser Univer-
sity.

He says. he may continue to
wrestle after high school, provided
the post-secondary school he at-
tends has a wrestling program.

He plans on pursuing a career
in business and finance.
