The Annual General Meeting of the North and West Vancouver Hospital Society will be held j
in the Terrace Cafeteria, Lions Gate Hospital, 231 East 15th Street, North Vancouver, BC. on §
the 28th day of June, 1989. The Chairman will call the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Please have your current membership cards and identification available.
The slate of nominees as presented by the Board of Directors has not been contested, therefore

| they have been elected by acclamation. To introduce them, arrangements have been made

s with Shaw Cable, Channel 4, for each to make a short presentation on Thursday, June 22, 1989
at 7:00 p.m. and repeated on Friday, June 23rd at 6:30 p.m., Sunday, June 25th at 10:00 p.m.
and Tuesday, June 27th at 10:30 p.m.
Special resolutions will be proposed by the Board of Directors of the Society to amend the

Constitution and Bylaws of the Society. A copy of the amended Constitution-and Bylaws can
be obtained for your review prior to the meeting at the Cashier in the main lobby of Lions Gate §
Hospital, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m-4:30 p.m.
