Appreciate wines

LEARN TO appreciate wines with wine expert Leonore Sali at a
workshop offered at Eagle Harbour Community Centre.

Wednesdays, from Feb, 3 to 24, Sali will guide participants through 40
wines with accompanying cheeses, pates and bread.

Discussion will focus on types of wines, bottles, glasses, corks, the
language of the table, serving wines, tasting and evaluating wines, wine
and food, and ordering wine in restaurants.

Interested participants are recommended to pre-register as soon as
