This week we are featuring a fine young man from
the British Properties in West Vancouver. We are
always looking for conscientious carriers in this area
and with Andrew, we have an excellent one.

Although he is only ten years old he has proved that

Andrew is a student at Westcott school and will be
entering grade five in the fall. He is a Cub Scout and
